Keasha Howard | Founder & CEO

Keasha Howard is a dedicated humanitarian, strategic leader, and the "Luminary Architect" behind The SanJeliK Foundation. With over 25 years of experience as a professional insurance broker, Keasha possesses a master-level understanding of risk, protection, and the strategic building of long-term security.

Throughout her distinguished career, Keasha has served as a trusted advisor, navigating the complexities of the insurance industry to safeguard the futures of her clients. Today, she translates that same "Architect" precision into a powerful humanitarian mission. Through The SanJeliK Foundation, she leverages her decades of expertise in protection and planning to create blueprints for community empowerment—ensuring that resources and opportunities are poured directly back into the neighborhoods that need them most.

Recently recognized as a "Renaissance Woman" in her community, Keasha is celebrated for her rare ability to master diverse disciplines—bridging the analytical world of finance with the creative, heart-centered work of social evolution. This title reflects her role as a modern polymath who leads with both intellectual rigor and a deep soul-mission.

Guided by her "Luminary" spirit, Keasha’s mission is to ensure that no community dream is left without a strategy for success. She believes that by architecting stronger, more resilient foundations today, we secure a radiant and protected legacy for tomorrow. Under her leadership, The SanJeliK Foundation stands as a powerhouse for sustainable evolution, driven by a humanitarian heart and a professional’s eye for excellence.

Our Story

SanJeliK was born one quiet evening in my home office 18 years ago, when I decided to leave my marriage and return back home to California. I had many businesses that I launched over the years. However at this point in my life, I wanted to start from scratch and anew. So I had to think of a name; there was scraps of paper covered in names that didn’t quite feel right. I wanted something that carried love, legacy, and purpose—something that belonged to both me and my daughters.

I started with what mattered most: us. Sevanah, Jada, and Keasha. I played with our initials, letting them fall into place naturally. San came from Sevanah, Jel from Jada, and the K stood proudly for me. When I read the name aloud—SanJeliK—it felt whole, like a family stitched together in one word.

But the name meant even more than our initials. My daughters and I had always been drawn to angels—their symbolism of protection, guidance, and hope. Angels represent unseen strength, watching over others, reminding us that even in difficult moments, we are never alone. That meaning mirrored everything I wanted the nonprofit to stand for: compassion, upliftment, and light for those in need.

SanJeliK became more than a name. It became a symbol of family, faith, and purpose—rooted in love, inspired by angels, and dedicated to serving others with grace and intention.
